What is AutoPersonas?

AutoPersonas is an AI influencer orchestration platform. It lets you create AI influencers with distinct visual identities and personalities, then orchestrate their content creation, publishing, and audience engagement across multiple social media platforms.

What is an AI influencer?

An AI influencer is a fully realized digital persona managed by AutoPersonas. Each one has a unique visual identity, personality, and voice. The AI generates images and captions that stay true to the influencer's identity, creating an authentic and consistent presence on social media.

Can I use AutoPersonas for my own real social account?

Yes. Pick Managed Account when you create a profile. AutoPersonas writes captions in your voice and runs the publish schedule; you upload your own media (or reuse media we import from your existing posts). No AI image generation, no synthetic identity. See Managed Accounts.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

Not at all. The creation wizard guides you step by step, and the AI handles the technical complexity of image generation and publishing.

Can I use it for multiple brands or personas?

Yes! You can create multiple AI influencers, each with its own visual identity, social accounts, and settings. The number of influencers depends on your plan.

Content

How is content generated?

For AI influencer profiles, content is generated using the influencer's ingredient library (for images) and personality settings (for captions). You provide the mood and context; the AI does the rest.

Can I edit content before it's published?

Absolutely. All AI-generated content goes through the Review Queue where you can edit captions, regenerate images, or reject posts before they go live.

What if I don't like the generated content?

You can regenerate any post to get a new image or caption. You can also adjust your influencer's settings to steer future generations in a different direction.

Are AI-generated posts disclosed as AI?

Yes, automatically, where the destination platform supports a native disclosure flag. Every TikTok publish from a Character profile sets post_info.is_aigc per TikTok's AIGC policy. Meta family (Instagram, Threads, Facebook) auto-detects AI-generated images via C2PA metadata. X and Fanvue do not expose a native flag in their APIs, so no flag is sent there. Managed profiles publish your own copy on your own account; the AI flag is not relevant since the platform is not generating the creative.

Will my posts be detected as duplicates?

Managed profiles maintain a per-profile voice corpus of every caption you have published or imported. New caption drafts are checked against it: a normalized hash match is hard-blocked before publishing, and a semantic near-duplicate (over ~85% similarity) shows a soft warning chip on the review item.

Accounts & Security

Is my social media password safe?

AutoPersonas never sees your social media password. We use OAuth 2.0, an industry-standard authorization protocol. You grant access directly through the platform's own authorization page.

How are my access tokens stored?

All tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption and are only decrypted at the moment of use.

How are social account credentials stored?

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We never store platform passwords.

Can I revoke access?

Yes. Disconnect any account from the Accounts page at any time. You can also revoke access directly from the platform's settings.

What happens if my API key is compromised?

Go to Settings > API Keys and click Revoke on the compromised key, then generate a new one. Revoked keys immediately stop working.

Account & Data

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. This requires email confirmation. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone — profiles, characters, content, API keys, and connected social accounts are all removed in the same operation. Active Stripe subscriptions are canceled automatically.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings > Danger Zone > Export My Data. This downloads a JSON file with all your influencers, characters, content, API keys (prefixes only), and usage data.

Is my data GDPR/CCPA compliant?

Yes. We support data portability (export), right to erasure (delete account), and data access requests. Data is stored in United States data centers.

Billing

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free tier includes 1 influencer (AI or managed) with pay-as-you-go usage for content generation, publishing, and engagement. You pay only for what you use.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can downgrade to the free plan or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your content and settings are preserved.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancel there; access continues until the end of your current period.

Can I downgrade without losing my influencers?

Yes. Influencers are preserved. Some features (video generation, unlimited influencers) may be locked until you re-upgrade.

Can I get a refund?

Contact support. Usage-based charges are generally non-refundable once incurred.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

You'll see a usage alert in the dashboard. Overage charges apply automatically. See Billing & Plans for rates.

Platforms

Which platforms are supported?

X (Twitter), Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and Fanvue.

Do I need a business account for Instagram?

Yes. Instagram requires a Business or Creator account for API access. You can convert your personal account in Instagram's settings.
