Content & Scheduling

AutoPersonas generates images and captions in each AI influencer's voice, then lets you review, schedule, and publish across platforms. Each influencer has its own content queue and scheduling timeline.

Creating Content

AI-Generated Content (AI Influencer Profiles)

From the Content page, click New Post and provide context:

• Mood, How the influencer is feeling (e.g., creative, relaxed, energetic).
• Setting, Where the influencer is (chosen from preferred settings or custom).
• Time of Day, morning, afternoon, or evening. Affects lighting and activity context.

The AI uses your influencer's ingredient library and personality to generate a matching image and caption. Generation happens asynchronously, you'll see the post move from Generating to Pending Review once ready.

Manual Content (All Profiles)

You can also upload your own image and write a caption manually. This works for both AI Influencer and Managed profiles.

The Review Queue

All generated content lands in the Review Queue. For each post you can:

• Approve, Moves the post to Approved status, ready for scheduling.
• Edit, Modify the caption before approving.
• Regenerate, Request a new image or caption while keeping the same context.
• Reject, Discard the post entirely.

Scheduling & Calendar

The Calendar view shows your publishing schedule at a glance. You can:

• Drag posts to different time slots.
• Set up recurring timeline patterns (daily, weekly).
• Let AutoPersonas auto-schedule based on your influencer's lifestyle routines.

Publishing

When a post's scheduled time arrives, AutoPersonas publishes it to all selected platforms. Each post can target multiple accounts. The system handles:

• Platform-specific formatting and media requirements.
• Automatic retries with exponential backoff on failure.
• Real-time status tracking (Pending → Publishing → Published).

Repurposing Content

Once a post is Published or Approved, you can Repurpose it to post again without recreating it. Repurposing spins up a fresh draft in Pending Review that carries over the original's media and caption, including video and carousel posts, so you can lightly edit and reschedule a proven post.

• Single post: use the Repurpose action on the post's menu. The new draft lands at the top of your review queue.
• In bulk: select multiple posts and click Repurpose N in the selection bar. Only Published/Approved items are eligible; anything not yet published is skipped automatically.

Repurposing never edits or unpublishes the original, it only creates new drafts. This is the fastest way to recirculate evergreen content or re-run a high-performing post on a fresh schedule.

Content Status Flow

Every post progresses through these statuses:

1. Generating, AI is creating the image and caption.
2. Pending Review, Ready for your review.
3. Approved, Reviewed and ready to schedule.
4. Scheduled, Assigned a publish time.
5. Publishing, Being sent to the platform.
6. Published, Successfully live.
